Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and once received, we process and directly deposit owner distributions into your account. You’ll also receive detailed monthly statements and have access to real-time financial tracking through our Owner Portal.

If payment is not received, we initiate legal steps, including serving a pay-or-quit notice. In cases of continued non-payment, we handle the eviction process if necessary.
