The Top Coastal Tenant Process

What is needed to rent a home, townhome or condo?

Application forms are accessible here as well as during a property tour. But, completing the application beforehand and having it prepared to submit at the showing speeds up the approval procedure. Please complete the application in its entirety. Every occupant must be identified. Each adult application costs $20.00. We might waive that cost if you can present a current credit report.

Processing Time

We work hard to complete the application as rapidly as we can. Applications are frequently processed within 24 hours.

After Approval

Upon full payment of your move-in expenses, rental agreements will be finalized and you will be given your keys. You cannot use a personal check to pay your move-in balance. A money order or cashier's check is required for payment.

Who We Will Rent To

We do not discriminate on the basis of marital status, age, sex, race, color, creed, national origin, or any other grounds for exclusion from protection under the law. But, we are required to approve only those candidates who can afford the rent, are prepared to take care of the property, and are respectful of their neighbors' rights.

Once a Tenant

We strictly enforce the prompt payment of the rent when due.
